The staff was incredibly accommodating, providing extra pillows and blankets without hesitation. The free shuttle to the beach was a convenient touch, and the cleanliness of the facilities made our extended stay truly enjoyable.

A larger, well-lit sign at the entrance would really help guests locate the hotel easily!!! The pool area could use some better organization and upkeep to enhance the overall experience!!!

The staff's friendliness and efficient laundry service combined with the hotel's quiet location near the beach made our stay enjoyable. Renting a scooter was easy and inexpensive.

Our family enjoyed the clean pool area and the friendly staff. The kids loved the pool bar where they could grab refreshing drinks. We also took advantage of the hotel shuttle, which made getting to the nearby beach super easy.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was super accommodating, especially at the pool bar where Pa mixed us unique frozen margaritas that were a delightful surprise. The onsite restaurant had tasty food with a stunning view, and the pool area was always clean and inviting. However, we did notice that some minor cleanliness issues around the pool deck could be improved.

This place was just an excellent fit for a weekend adventure in Karon with incredible value for money. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and working A/C. Make sure to eat outside at the little cafe nearby for cheap snacks and polite service.

The unique bus-shaped room was a fun surprise, adding a quirky charm to my stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in process seamless. I enjoyed the lovely mountain view from my room, which provided a nice backdrop for my mornings.

My solo trip was truly enhanced by the beautiful pool area surrounded by lush greenery. The nearby cafes offered delicious, affordable meals. An unexpected treat was the bartender at the pool bar who made delightful mojitos and engaged with guests, making the experience even more special.

I stayed in the Superior King Room, and it was huge and super clean! The AC worked like a charm, and the fridge was perfect for keeping my drinks cool. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on—like sleeping on a cloud! Plus, it was really quiet, which I loved.

I had a delightful stay at Memory Karon Resort. My room was spacious and clean, with a lovely pool area that was well-maintained. The staff were genuinely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit.

Additionally, the maintenance of the pool could use improvement, as there were visible concerns regarding cleanliness.
